In addition to primary care, the clinic also provides cardiology, imaging, nutritional services, medication dispensing & resource support on-site. This is full‑time outpatient only w/no inpatient work required. Office is open only Mon‑Fri 8am-5pm. Call coverage shared (only by phone).
