- Shift: Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3x12-hour shifts);
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (may transition to 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM in fall) - Hours/week: Varies according to schedule
- Employment Type: Contract (Ongoing inpatient coverage)
- License/Certifications: Missouri license required; BLS required; ACLS preferred
- Experience: 1.5–2 years inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience recommended
- Pay Rate: $100.50/hour

- Provide inpatient care for adult patients undergoing bone marrow transplant and cellular therapy
- Conduct admissions, daily rounds, and discharge planning
- Perform bone marrow biopsies and stem cell infusions/transfusions
- Manage transplant and cellular therapy complications (e.g., GVHD, CRS, ICANS)
- Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and expectations
- Collaborate with attending physicians and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document all patient care in Epic EMR system
- Active Missouri state license
- Board Certification in Nurse Practitioner specialty
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- 1.5–2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
