- Employment Type: Contract
- Licenses/Certifications: Missouri RN license, NBCRNA certification, BLS, ACLS (required), and Level I Trauma experience
- Experience: Minimum 1-year CRNA experience; 2 years preferred, Level I Trauma experience required
- Travel & Reimbursements: Local only; licensure, travel (if applicable), and practice reimbursements included
- Work Setting: Major hospital with adult+ patient care, high-acuity trauma center
- Pay Rate: $230.10/hour
- Pay Package Includes: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time legal compliant, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements if applicable
- Additional Benefits: Robust referral bonus program, 24/7 dedicated support team, paid holiday differentials (e.g., holiday pay at 1.3x rate)
- Administer anesthesia support during adult surgical procedures, supporting surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff
- Provide medically directed anesthesia services for general, neuro, trauma, OB, and cardiac surgeries
- Maintain compliance with Level I trauma protocols and hospital policies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient care coordination
- Participate in standby and emergency response activities as required
- Missouri RN license and NBCRNA certification
- Certification in BLS, ACLS; PALS and ATLS preferred
- Minimum 1-year CRNA experience; 2 years preferred
- Level I Trauma experience mandatory with no exceptions
- Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
