BJC Health Care seeks a Stepdown Registered Nurse to provide high-acuity, patient-centered care for adults transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical levels. In this fast-paced unit, you'll monitor complex conditions, manage telemetry, administer medications and therapies, and coordinate multidisciplinary care plans. You'll educate patients and families on treatment and discharge needs, document care in the EHR, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
