Be the Clinical Anchor OvernightNight shift RNs provide essential leadership when patients need stability most. In this Overnight Psychiatric RN role, you’ll oversee patient care, ensure safety, and make critical clinical decisions in a quieter—but no less important—setting.
Key Responsibilities- Complete ongoing patient assessments and respond to changes in condition
- Administer medications and manage overnight treatment plans
- Maintain a safe therapeutic environment through consistent monitoring
- Lead nursing care and support staff during overnight hours
- Coordinate with providers and on-call leadership as needed
- Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- 2+ years psychiatric/behavioral health leadership experience (charge/assistant manager acceptable).
- Proven results driving quality, patient experience, and team engagement.
- Ability to work independent on night shift.
- Must be 21 or older.
- New graduate RNs welcome.
