At Missouri Baptist Medical Center, we're seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider - Clinical Program Specialist, Critical Care & Cardiology to lead quality improvement, accreditation, and evidence-based practice initiatives across our critical care and cardiology service lines. This is a unique non-bedside leadership opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about improving patient outcomes through clinical excellence, data analytics, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
You'll partner with nursing leadership, physicians, quality teams, and informatics experts to drive meaningful improvements in patient care and support Comprehensive Cardiac Center certification efforts.
Position Details:
- Schedule:
Monday-Friday, day shift - No weekends! No call! No holidays!
- lead quality, performance improvement and accreditation
Analyze clinical and registry data to identify opportunities for improvement
Support evidence-based practice, research, and program development
- Preffered: APRN with Critical Care, ICU, and/or Cardiology experience

The Nurse Practitioner is an advanced practice nurse who utilizes a high degree of knowledge, skill and competence in a specialized patient care area. This position assesses, diagnose, prescribes, initiates plan of care and evaluates outcomes within the scope of a formal collaborative practice agreement with physician(s).
