Minimum 2 years of independent adult cardiac surgery OR first assist experience
- Hourly Rate: $144.05
- Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

- 24/7 dedicated support team to ensure your success during your assignment
- Provide first assist support in complex adult cardiac surgeries including CABG, valve repair/replacement, ascending aortic surgeries, and emergent dissections
- Assist with procedures such as maze, left atrial appendage exclusion, and redo sternotomies
- Support mechanical circulatory support procedures including Impella, ECMO, and IABP cannulation
- Assist with endoscopic vein harvesting, chest tube placement, and temporary pacing wire placement
- Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, intensivists, and operating room staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards, utilizing EMR software (Epic) for documentation
- Valid Missouri RN license
- Board Certification in Nurse Practitioner (required)
- BLS certification (required), RNFA preferred
- At least 2 years of independent adult cardiac OR first assist experience
- Strong surgical skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule with call coverage
