- Shift: Night shift, 5x8-Hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00) with rotating call opportunities

MO license, BLS required, RNFA preferred - Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of independent adult cardiac surgery OR first assist experience
- Hourly Pay Rate: $144.05
- Weekly pay via direct deposit

- Provide first assist support during complex cardiac surgeries including CABG, valve repairs, ascending aortic surgeries, and more
- Assist with procedures such as sternotomies, endoscopic vein harvesting, and mechanical circulatory support
- Support patient care in a high-volume, adult cardiothoracic operating room environment
- Collaborate with a team of cardiac surgeons and intensivists to ensure optimal surgical outcomes
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
- Valid MO license and current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of independent adult cardiac surgery OR first assist experience
- Key skills: attention to detail, team collaboration, adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred: RNFA certification
This assignment takes place at a renowned academic hospital specializing in advanced cardiothoracic procedures. The facility performs approximately 517 pump cases annually and offers a collaborative environment for healthcare professionals committed to excellence in cardiac surgery.
