Role

Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, aligned with nursing standards.

• Promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
• Educate patients and families on managing illness, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team and patients.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values and barriers.
• Maintain safety and alertness as this is a safety-sensitive role.

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing;
  Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Licenses:
  Valid RN license.
• Experience:
  
  No experience required; less than 2 years preferred.

Critical nursing skills, effective communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy.
