Experience:
Minimum 1 year required; 2+ years preferred, Level I trauma experience mandatory

What You'll Do:
- Provide anesthetic support for adult patients across a variety of procedures, including general, ortho, neuro, trauma, OB, and cardiac cases.
- Support surgical teams during high-acuity cases in a Level I trauma hospital.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, certified anesthetists assistants, and perioperative staff.
- Document procedures accurately in Epic EMR system.
- Support on-call coverage and respond to emergency situations as needed.
What You Need:
- Missouri RN license (or ability to obtain)
- Certification as a CRNA with NBCRNA
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of anesthesiology experience, including trauma cases; 2+ years preferred
- Level I trauma experience is mandatory
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
