Position Overview
Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and aligns duties with organizational standards and values.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
- Evaluate care quality provided by team members.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Uphold patient rights and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain compliance with organizational mission and standards.
- Graduate of a nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure, with valid state or compact license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or TNCC may be required based on unit.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills.
