Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and aligns duties with organizational mission, values, and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the applicable state or with compact licensure
- No prior experience required
- Compassionate, professional, collaborative, and advocacy-oriented mindset
- Full-time, on-site role
- 36 hours per week, typically 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Focused on cardiopulmonary care in a hospital setting
