Role:
Registered Nurse responsible for delivering patient-centered care using the nursing process, ensuring patient rights, confidentiality, and professional accountability.
Responsibilities:Coordinate patient care with other departments, evaluate care effectiveness, and perform duties aligned with organizational standards and values.
Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN license, and BLS certification (additional certifications may be required based on specialty).
Skills &Physical Requirements:
Compassionate, detail-oriented, able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks involving reaching, bending, and moving throughout the facility.
Preferred Qualifications:BSN, prior hospital or specialty care experience, and relevant certifications.
