Trusted Health is seeking a Neuro Surgical Nurse to deliver expert pre-, intra-, and post-operative care to complex neurosurgical patients within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this mission-driven, tech-forward environment, you’ll perform detailed neuro assessments, manage hemodynamics and airways, assist in the OR, and coordinate post-op care with ICU and step-down teams. You’ll educate patients and families, meticulously document in the EMR, and collaborate across disciplines to enhance outcomes.
