Seeking an experienced Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) for a Regional Float Pool role across multiple healthcare facilities in the region.
In this position, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, floating between facilities such as Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, and specialty units.
Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Current licensure
- Recent bedside experience (minimum one year for Med/Surg, two years for critical care and emergency)
- Certifications required vary by unit, including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification
- Clinical assessment
