Role
Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) in a regional float pool, providing individualized adult/geriatric patient care across multiple facilities.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care according to standards;
- Float between hospitals and units such as Med/Surg, ICU, ED, Oncology, and more;
- Collaborate with diverse teams;
- Adapt to dynamic environments.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program;
- Current LPN license;
- Recent bedside experience (1-2 years depending on specialty);
- Certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, IV;
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform patient care tasks.
- Provide nursing assessments, interventions, and evaluations;
- Work across various units;
- Maintain licensure and certifications;
- Adapt to different clinical settings;
- Support patient care needs in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
