Operating Room RN - Full-Time

Overview

This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. They coordinate patient care with other departments, organize workflow, and ensure necessary supplies and equipment are ready. The nurse functions in a staff role, providing relief for breaks, supporting departmental operations, and assisting in orienting new team members.

• Perform patient assessments and execute care plans in the OR setting.
• Coordinate surgical workflows, including room setup and turnover.
• Support department operations and onboarding of new staff.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver quality care across various surgical specialties.

• Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience.
• Current RN license in the state.
• Required:
  
  Nursing degree from an accredited school; BLS certification.
• Preferred: BSN degree.
