Role
The Regional Resource RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients, utilizing theoretical concepts to inform practice.
ResponsibilitiesFloat across multiple hospitals within the region, providing high-quality emergency care, collaborating with diverse teams, and maintaining competency in various clinical environments.
QualificationsRequires a minimum of 3 years ER RN experience, current RN license, BLS certification, and within 90 days, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, and MANDT certifications. Preferred BSN and Epic experience.
Skills & Physical DemandsStrong clinical assessment, critical thinking, adaptability, ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
