Clinical Nurse Wound & Ostomy

Role Overview:

Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans, ensuring clear communication across care transitions.

Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; participates in professional development; assesses physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs; addresses patient preferences and barriers to involvement in care.

Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; RN licensure essential; preferred Bachelor's degree and less than two years of experience. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills are necessary. Position is safety-sensitive, requiring alertness and safe work practices.
