Registered Nurse – PACU
Schedule
- Shifts:
12:00 PM – 10:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM
- Preference for 4x10 shift pattern
- No weekends, no call, no holidays
Assignment Details
- Average daily census: 70–90 patients - 38 PACU bays
- Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Phase I PACU at a Level I trauma center
- Critical care/ICU experience required
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Experience caring for ventilated patients and administering vasoactive drips/IV vasopressors
- Proficient in dysrhythmia recognition and EKG rhythm analysis
- Experience with high-acuity post-operative cases - EMR:

Compliance / Notes
- Maximum 7 days of requested time off (RTO); no RTO during the first week of the assignment
- Parking fee: $15/day or $70/month
