- Qualifications:
Nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), current RN license, and Basic Life Support certification. Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or C-EFM may be required based on the unit. - Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care, assess patient needs, and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes. Maintain compliance with licensing, certifications, and physical requirements including lifting, prolonged standing, and mobility tasks.
