Role:
The Regional Float Pool LPN provides individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients across multiple facilities, ensuring standards of practice are met.
Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Float between designated hospitals and units such as Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, Oncology, and more
- Collaborate with diverse teams
- Adapt to various clinical settings
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license
- Recent bedside LPN experience (minimum one year for Med/Surg, two years for critical care)
- Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification
- Physical ability to perform nursing duties
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and adaptability skills
