Role Overview :The Registered Nurse (RN) functions as an OR Resource Coordinator in the ENT Service Line, collaborating with department leaders to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate patient care and workflow within the specialty area, ensuring efficient room setup, supplies, and equipment.
- Assist with department operations, including relief coverage for breaks and lunches.
- Support orientation of new team members alongside the leader.
- Perform staff duties as needed to maintain smooth operations.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license in the applicable state or compact licensure.
- Minimum of 1 year OR RN experience.
- CPR certification required.
