Med-surg and post-op ortho or plastics
Provide direct nursing care to patients in a medical/surgical setting.
Monitor patient conditions and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families regarding care plans and post-operative procedures.
Manage surgical drains and assist with total joint replacements as needed.
Orientation: 24 hours - RTO:
Max 7 days; no RTO allowed first week of assignment
