Position
Graduate Nurse Residency in the Emergency Department, designed for new graduates to gain high-acuity clinical experience.
ResponsibilitiesUtilize the nursing process to provide patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with other departments, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and act in accordance with mission, values, and standards.
QualificationsGraduate of an accredited RN program, current RN licensure (state or compact), and BLS certification (or completed within 30 days).
Key DutiesDeliver compassionate care during three 12-hour night shifts (7pm–7am), participate in a 16‑week program focused on high‑acuity environment, and support patient advocacy and teamwork.
Skills and AttributesCompassion, professionalism, positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and strong communication skills.
