Role:

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members.

Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties consistent with organizational standards and values.

Requires a nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), current RN licensure, and Basic Life Support certification. Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or specialized unit certifications may be required or preferred.

Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and kneeling.
