Role Overview:

Provides direct patient care in a pain management outpatient setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.
• Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values and barriers.
• Supports continuous professional development and optimal communication across care continuum.
