Role: Registered Nurse in Surgical Stepdown unit
Responsibilities- Provide compassionate post-surgical care for intermediate-acuity patients
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and administer medications
- Monitor patients closely for complications
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Support safe patient recoveries and educate patients and families
- Current RN licensure
- Experience in surgical or stepdown care preferred
- Strong assessment, medication administration, and monitoring skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to patient safety and education
