Medical​/Oncology - Clinical Nurse; Part-Time

Role Overview:
Provides direct patient care in a hospital setting, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

• Promotes patient- and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.
• Participates in activities enhancing patient safety, quality, and compliance, along with professional development.
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care.
• Performs comprehensive assessments of physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and other specific needs.
• Maintains safety awareness as a safety-sensitive role, working in a constant state of alertness.

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree required;
  Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  
  Valid RN license required.
• Experience:
  
  No experience required; less than 2 years preferred.
