Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Charge Nurse - Nights

Role

Provides leadership and coordination of nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care and clinical objectives are met.

Assigns, educates, and monitors staff; assesses patient care needs; develops care plans; collaborates with providers; evaluates care effectiveness; addresses patient care issues; participates in hiring and staff development.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; minimum one year RN experience. Must hold valid RN license and BLS certification for specific states.

Strong leadership, communication, assessment, and coordination abilities. Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting, and visual and auditory acuity.

Performs other assigned tasks ensuring safety and quality standards.

This role requires a night shift schedule and involves working in a fast-paced healthcare environment with a focus on patient safety and team collaboration.
