Registered Nurse - Clinical - Transplant

Role:

The Registered Nurse assesses, manages, and provides comprehensive nursing care during a patient's hospital stay, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care.

• Perform thorough assessments, develop and evaluate individualized care plans, and implement nursing interventions based on patient needs and diagnostic data. Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document care accurately. Collaborate with healthcare team members, provide patient and family education, and ensure safe and effective discharge planning.
• Provide specialized care for high-risk patients, including restraint management, pain control, and abuse assessment, while adhering to infection control protocols. Communicate effectively, deliver service excellence, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Maintain professional competence, uphold safety standards, and foster a respectful, collaborative work environment. Ensure age-appropriate care for adult and geriatric populations and optimize resource use for cost-effective service delivery.

Valid RN license in relevant states, current BLS certification, proficiency in clinical procedures, strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills. Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and continuous professional development is essential.

Conduct assessments, coordinate care plans, administer treatments, educate patients/families, document thoroughly, and contribute to performance improvement activities to uphold high standards of nursing practice and patient satisfaction.
