Clinical Nurse - Breast Center

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care within nursing standards, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use. Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development activities.

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Communicates care plans effectively across the continuum of care.
• Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers.
• Participates in activities that enhance safety, quality, and compliance standards.

• Required:
  
  Nursing diploma or associate degree, RN license, no prior experience needed.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's degree in nursing, less than two years of experience.
• Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe working practices.
