Ortho Spinal Surgery Clinical Nurse

• Assess patient condition and plan and implement nursing care plans for spinal surgery patients effectively.
• Work closely with orthopedic surgeons and anesthesiologists to prepare patients for surgery and assist during surgical procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and pain, administer medications, and provide wound care post-surgery.
• Educate patients and their families on surgical procedures, post-surgery care, and recovery expectations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
