Registered Nurse

Bethesda Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide person-centered care to seniors across our skilled nursing, rehab, assisted and independent living, memory care, and home health services. In this faith-based, mission-driven role, you'll deliver and coordinate high-quality clinical care, manage medications and treatments, and support residents' dignity and well-being. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, build supportive relationships with residents and families, and contribute to quality outcomes in a respectful, values-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to senior residents in skilled nursing, rehab, assisted living, and memory care settings.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and document accurately in the EMR.
• Assess, monitor, and report changes in resident condition; collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans focused on quality outcomes and dignity.
• Educate residents and families on care plans, treatments, and health maintenance.
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members to ensure person-centered care.
• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in care conferences, quality initiatives, and faith-based mission activities.
