Registered Nurse - Epilepsy Monitor Unit

Join our team as a Registered Nurse, responsible for assessing, managing, and providing patient care during hospital stays.

Key Duties Include

• Conducting comprehensive, age-appropriate assessments and reassessments, including post-op and discharge needs.
• Developing and evaluating individualized care plans based on assessments, diagnoses, and protocols.
• Implementing nursing interventions, administering medications, monitoring IVs, and coordinating referrals and education.
• Recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition, ensuring safety and infection control.
• Providing specialized care such as restraint management, pain control, and abuse assessment.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members, ensuring effective communication and documentation.
• Delivering patient-centered service with compassion, respecting privacy, and fostering a positive environment.
• Engaging in continuous professional development, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
• Adhering to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards; maintaining licensure and certifications.

• Current RN licensure in applicable states with BLS certification.
• Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills.
