Mercy Hospital South offers an RN Residency Program for new graduates, with 8–16 weeks of hands-on clinical training, mentors, and structured sessions to build confidence and clinical judgment. New graduates and experienced nurses are welcomed.
Benefits start on day one including medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, parental leave, and loan/tuition assistance. Sign-on bonuses up to $5k for new grads and up to $10k for experienced nurses.
