About the Role:

Revolutionizing Care Delivery™). Our 174-bed center offers clinical excellence and a level of luxury unmatched in the area. As a CNA Weekend Warrior, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our residents, including long-term care and therapy for young individuals with neurological impairments.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families

Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with minimal assistance
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
