What You'll Do
- Provide anesthesia support for adult patients across multiple surgical specialties, including general, ortho, neuro, trauma, OB, and cardiac procedures
- Support surgical teams in a high-volume hospital setting with Level I trauma designation
- Collaborate with anesthesia staff, surgeons, and perioperative teams to ensure patient safety and care quality
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout perioperative procedures
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and anesthesia standards
- Support staff during Med Tech Epic EMR documentation and procedures
- Support cross-departmental efforts for trauma and complex cases
What You Need
Required:
- State licensure for Missouri
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of anesthesia experience, including Level I trauma experience
Preferred:
- Previous work in a Level I trauma hospital
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to scheduling changes
About the Assignment Join a busy adult trauma and surgical department at a reputable hospital in St. Louis. You'll support a multidisciplinary team providing advanced anesthesia care in a hospital known for its trauma program, general surgery, neuro, and cardiac procedures.
