Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med Surg 5E unit to deliver patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process. Responsibilities include evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. The role involves providing professional accountability and ensuring care aligns with organizational standards, mission, and values.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Nursing Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already held)
• Preferred experience in hospital settings and specialty areas
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks

• Provide comprehensive adult medical care for conditions such as infections, diverticulitis, and pneumonia
• Assess patient needs, evaluate care outcomes, and collaborate across departments
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality in accordance with standards
