- License/Certs: Missouri RN license, BLS certification required; RNFA preferred
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of adult cardiac surgery OR first assist experience
- Hourly Pay Rate: $144.05

- Assist in complex adult cardiac surgery procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repairs, and ascending aortic surgeries
- Support surgical teams as first assist in the operating room
- Participate in emergent and scheduled surgeries, working with state-of-the-art equipment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Follow established protocols and safety standards during procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
- Provide post-operative support and patient monitoring as needed
Required:
- Missouri RN license with current certification
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of independent adult cardiac surgery OR first assist experience
- Ability to work night shifts and rotating call schedule
- RNFA certification
- Experience with Maquet EVH System and complex cardiac procedures
