Seeking both experienced RNs and new graduates to provide specialized care for post-operative and intermediate care patients, including bariatric, hernia repairs, mastectomies, and other minimally invasive procedures. The unit emphasizes frequent assessments, close monitoring, and collaborative teamwork.

• Deliver patient-centered care, educate patients and families, and promote safety and quality compliance.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
• Conduct thorough assessments addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree (RN license required).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and professionalism.
