Registered Nurse; RN; Orthopedic Surgery

Role: Provides direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Orthopedic Surgery, focusing on post-operative recovery in a specialized inpatient unit.

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
• Promote patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, medication, and post-discharge needs.
• Participate in ensuring patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
• Communicate care plans effectively across the continuum of care.

• RN license required.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's degree in Nursing and less than 2 years of experience.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work safely and maintain alertness at all times.
