Clinical Nurse - PRN

Role Overview:

This position provides direct patient care in an emergency room setting, treating patients of all ages with a focus on assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care according to established standards. The role involves promoting patient-centered care, educating patients and families, ensuring safety, and collaborating with an interprofessional team to develop and communicate care plans. • RN license required;
  Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience in emergency department settings is preferred; prior ED experience required
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and safety focus

• Assess and evaluate patient conditions

• Educate patients and families on managing health conditions and post-treatment needs
• Participate in promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Engage in professional development activities
