Responsibilities- Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.
- Participate in activities that enhance patient safety and professional development.
- Assess patient needs holistically and address barriers to involvement in care.
- Maintain safety and alertness as this is a safety-sensitive position.
- ADN or BSN required; RN license necessary.
- No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred.
