Role Overview

Role Overview

Responsibilities
  • Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.
  • Participate in activities that enhance patient safety and professional development.
  • Assess patient needs holistically and address barriers to involvement in care.
  • Maintain safety and alertness as this is a safety-sensitive position.
Qualifications & Skills
  • ADN or BSN required; RN license necessary.
  • No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and team collaboration.
