Emergency Department Nurse Residency

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a graduate nurse residency in a Level II Trauma, Stroke, and STEMI Emergency Department.

• Utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care and ensuring professional accountability.
• Coordinating patient care across departments and evaluating care effectiveness.
• Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Performing duties aligned with organizational standards, mission, and values.

• 63-bed unit with RN ratios of 3-4 patients.
• Collaborative environment with ED physicians and educational opportunities.
• Involvement in a major expansion project to enhance facilities and patient care capabilities.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Missouri RN licensure or compact licensure.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
