Rehab - Clinical Nurse

Role Overview:
Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team, patients, and families.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Participates in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.

• Minimum Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Licensing:
  Active RN license required.
• Experience:
  
  No experience required; two years of experience preferred.
• Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.
