Key Duties- Develop and document care plans aligned with standards and patient needs.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting cultural and individual values.
- Participate in professional development activities, including mock codes and certification preparations.
- Contribute to a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Minimum:
Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree, RN license, no prior experience required. - Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in nursing and at least 2 years of relevant experience. - Additional certifications such as CCRN, OCN, or BMTNC are encouraged.
