Role Overview

This position involves providing direct patient care in a specialized ICU setting, focusing on oncology, surgical, and bone marrow transplant patients. The nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, ensuring patient safety and promoting family-centered care. • Develop and document care plans aligned with standards and patient needs.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting cultural and individual values.
• Participate in professional development activities, including mock codes and certification preparations.
• Contribute to a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulatory standards.

• Minimum:
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree, RN license, no prior experience required.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's degree in nursing and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Additional certifications such as CCRN, OCN, or BMTNC are encouraged.
