Qualifications & Skills- RN license with a nursing diploma or associate’s degree, preferred bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- 2-5 years of experience; supervisor experience is a plus, with 5-10 years of experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Manage staff including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Develop and oversee staffing, budgets, and operational goals.
- Coordinate patient care and ensure documentation aligns with policies.
- Monitor staff productivity, conduct performance reviews, and handle disciplinary actions.
Experience in emergency room settings and a BSN are advantageous.
