Coordinates patient care plans based on assessments and medical treatments, while maintaining compliance with policies and documentation standards.

• RN licensure required; BSN strongly preferred.
• 2-5 years of RN experience in Neonatal ICU; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Manage and evaluate nursing personnel, ensuring adherence to operational and quality standards.
• Develop and implement staffing, budget, and care plans.
• Oversee patient care, documentation, and compliance with policies.
