Qualifications & Skills- RN licensure required; BSN strongly preferred.
- 2-5 years of RN experience in Neonatal ICU; supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Manage and evaluate nursing personnel, ensuring adherence to operational and quality standards.
- Develop and implement staffing, budget, and care plans.
- Oversee patient care, documentation, and compliance with policies.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, payroll, and disciplinary actions.
