- Educational requirements:
Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree;
Bachelor's Degree preferred. - Experience:
2-5 years; supervisory experience optional but preferred. - Licenses &
Certifications:
RN license required.

- Develop and monitor departmental budgets and staffing plans.
- Ensure quality patient care and create collaborative care plans.
- Oversee staff productivity, payroll, and disciplinary procedures.
- Support department operational goals and continuous improvement.
