Role Overview

Coordinates patient care, manages personnel, maintains and purchases equipment, and tracks departmental data. Primarily responsible for hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development of staff. Ensures department productivity aligns with operational goals and budget targets, including staffing, revenue, and expenses. Oversees patient care plans based on assessments, diagnoses, and medical treatments, ensuring interventions meet patients' developmental and wellness needs.

Handles staff scheduling, payroll, and disciplinary actions, while leading team meetings and communication efforts.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Educational requirements:

    Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree;
    Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience:

    2-5 years; supervisory experience optional but preferred.
  • Licenses &

    Certifications:

    RN license required.

  • Manage staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
